Petrohimmash TOO serves as the comprehensive logistics coordinator for the entire supply chain of your goods, managing their journey from port arrival to final delivery to customers across Europe. Our ports feature over 100 stainless steel heated storage tanks, offering storage and transshipment services for a variety of liquid products including petroleum, food, feed, and pharmaceuticals. These tanks, constructed from high-quality stainless steel (316L), range in size from 70 to 500 m3, with a combined storage capacity of 24,000 m3 for liquid goods. Additionally, certain smaller tanks are equipped with agitators for the blending of special products.

More than just tank storage

In addition to being stored in tanks, the products can also be packaged in barrels or IBCs and transported directly to our HACCP warehouses for intermediate storage. We can also provide nitrogen coverage for your goods to ensure their quality for an extended period. Additionally, we offer storage and delivery services for goods under customs status, if needed.

Within our HACCP-certified warehouse, we manage the storage and handling of a variety of packaging materials, including barrels, IBCs, and bagged goods, containing high-quality products. We also offer services for repackaging, loading, and transporting these goods as needed.

At Petrohimmash TOO, we operate a professional rinsing hall with four rinsing lanes dedicated to cleaning tank and bulk trucks, containers, and IBCs for various purposes, excluding ADR. We primarily offer rinsing services for third-party materials, and can accommodate both accompanied and unaccompanied cleaning sessions. Additionally, we have a reach stacker for handling empty 20 ft. containers, including storing and cleaning them independently.

Petrohimmash TOO has the capability to package your product in barrels ranging from 60 liters to 250 liters, as well as IBCs. These packaging processes are automated to ensure efficiency. Additionally, we take care of properly labeling the products.

Products can be filled at the JPetrohimmash TOO as ambient but also heated via (dedicated) filling lines. A number of these lines have been traced. Filling varies in quantities from 60 to 250 liters per barrel and up to 1,000 liters per IBC.

An example of optimal chain management is the melting of cocoa mass, butter and vegetable fats. We collect containers from the port via intermediate storage in a warehouse. And transported from block to the customer in tankers via dedicated melting units.

Many products solidify, making heating necessary for storage and transhipment. Products with a high viscosity are kept liquid by the Petrohimmash TOO. The melting of solid products is also an important process that has been carried out by us for many years.
